A First Giveaway

Today I felt inspired by my good friend, Rae. She wrote this fabulous post about all of these sweet giveaways happening on blogs right now. I think it is the perfect moment to jump in and offer something, too! I have been trying to learn more about doll making this year. I am offering one of my dolls made from a beautiful kit by Atelier Pippilotta. I purchased the kit from Bear Dance Crafts. In addition, I will send the winner a new copy of Knitting For Good by Betsy Greer. The purchase was inspired by my dear aunt who knitted many hats and scarves for the homeless, as well as friends and family. Jenny passed away this May. I hope that the book will inspire another knitter to bring good to the world! May Jenny's good heartedness live on through knitters everywhere! Please feel free to leave a comment, include your blog or email so that I can reach you and I will chose a winner the evening of Monday, June 14th. Best of luck!

A beautiful song comes to mind. And I found a free mp3 download of it here.

What a wonderful giveaway! I know just where I would hang that adorable doll (right in my fig tree for all to see) and that book looks like something right up my alley. I have just been learing to knit so that I can teach my daughter...it would be so fun to make things together for others...Thanks for th chance to win!
