Garden Delight

Look what Vivi found in the garden this morning - our first radish! I have the garden bug once again ~I think, dream and live for digging in the dirt!

And Vivi was especially thrilled with the very special "V" marking she found on her very own radish.

Well, Mia made a vendor's stand on the front porch for fresh flower petals (some having been frozen in water , other not frozen!)

Paper Doll Chains

When our friends Cy and Lindsley were visiting, the girls got inspired to make lots and lots of paper doll chains. Now they are adorning every corner of our house. We have paper cats, paper ladies, paper houses... And Mia had a grand time with Lindsley making paper clothes to sell in their play shop. I love the entertainment potential and creativity that a plain old piece of paper, crayon and pair of scissors can manifest!
